All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the scope of work discussed and visible conditions at the time of inspection.

3.2 Price Changes

Final pricing may vary from estimates if:

• Additional work is requested by the customer
• Material prices change significantly
• Unforeseen circumstances require scope changes

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. We accept cash, check, credit cards, and approved financing. A deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 10-year warranty on our workmanship for roofing installations. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from severe weather beyond normal conditions
• Damage caused by others
• Lack of proper maintenance
• Acts of God

4.2 Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will provide all applicable manufacturer warranty information with your project documentation.

4.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us immediately upon discovering an issue. Warranty work will be scheduled at our earliest availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Remove or protect valuable items near work areas
• Make timely payments according to contract terms
• Obtain necessary HOA approvals if applicable
• Be available for required inspections
• Maintain the completed work properly

6. Insurance Claims

When we assist with insurance claims:

• We provide documentation and support but are not public adjusters
• Final claim decisions rest with your insurance company
• We cannot guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts
• You remain responsible for deductibles and non-covered amounts
• Our assistance is provided as a courtesy service

7. Scheduling and Delays

While we strive to maintain schedules, the following may cause delays:

• Weather conditions unsafe for work
• Material availability issues
• Required permit or inspection delays
• Changes to project scope
• Discovery of additional necessary work

We will communicate any delays as soon as possible and work to minimize inconvenience.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALIBER ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caliber Roofing & Construction LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any damage to property or injury caused by your actions or negligence
